  : Arrival super easy, the key were in a keybox at the entry and the owner sent us the code before our arrival. The appartments have everything we needed for a short stay.
  : The mattress of the bed was a little bit old and sagging in the middle.

  : Ground floor apartment, location was good, just 5 mins from bakeries, shops and the transport links (Vienna public transport is brilliant 17 for 7 days bus, tram or underground). Apartment was clean and well presented.
  : Didn't actually see a member of staff in the 5 days. Didn't really need to, but maybe I'm a little old fashioned. Had arranged a time to check in but our train was 1 hour late, I messaged them but no reply. Arrived at the apartments and no one there. Rang the number on the door outside and it didn't work. Was different to the one in the app, so got through on that and was talked through getting the key from the little lock box. Someone else arrived 2 or 3 days later and had the same issues.Apartment was on the small side, clearly 1 flat had been split into 3 (and a small reception area). Bed had 1 side against a wall, so difficult for the person on that side to get up in the night without waking the other. Wasn't loads of space for clothes to be kept, so lived out of the suitcases which took up the living area. Would be ideal for someone travelling light, or just the 1-2 nights. Didn't use the kitchen, it was 2 hobs and a sink. Fridge worked fine.
