  : The staff answer the questions fast and at friendly on the phone, the bed is comfortable, good location (karmelitermarkt)with restaurants and supermarkets close by, easy access to public transport and the room is nicely decorated.
  : You cannot leave you luggage at the hotel in case you arrive before check in. You have to leave the at their office which is on the other side of the city. Very unpractical. The room has big windows and its right on the street. Some people even put their face against the glass to look inside the room, which means no privacy unless you keep the curtains closed all the time. It also felt unsafe at night. It was very dusty in need of a deep clean. The water didnt run properly down the drain, the batteries of the TV remote were empty, the pillows paper thin.On our last day, someone came by during the day when we were not there and put new towels on the bed, but didnt change the bed sheets. We found it quite absurd that someone came inside our room without our permission and without the hotel asking if we would like room service. And why do we need to give away a credit card to check in if everything was already paid?!

  : Nice location, clean, convenient check in/out procedures
  : I had requested one of the rooms with a bathtub and never received a reply, and did not get a bathtub in my room. Small lip on floor to the toilet needs to have safety tape on it. We both stubbed our toes because the lip is not noticeable.
