: We like the property.. we booked it for the second time. We loved the free parking. The property has a good location next to a lake and the grocery shops are nearby.

: The host was really kind and the apartment was very clean and good looking. The location is amazing, at the very edge of the city which is really quiet but still has the U-bahn station less than 5 minutes of walking away. The metro line (U2) takes you directly to the city center without changing trains.
: The bed was a little clumsy to get on and perhaps a bit too soft, but generally ok to sleep on, at least for one night that we had it reserved.

: The host was very nice and helpful, available at any time for questions. Location is outside the centre in the new part of Vienna, we did not mind because the metro station is nearby. Also supermarket, bakeries are near which means you have all that you need close by. Nice, small, lake nearby too where people bathe and swim. Very clean apartment, free parking space in the garage. Nice cozy area if you want to be outside of the crowd.
: Apartment is actually a former office space on the ground floor. I don't mind that, but it doesn't have proper lights inside because of that. No night lamps or any kind of lamps, for instance. Blinders on the windows... It's fine for couple of nights, but being small and with all said above, I doubt it would be comfortable enough for a longer stay.

: Parking space in the garage for free , despite the fact thats the very edge of Vienna there is underground station nearby. Quiet and modern area . Apartament is clean .
: The biggest problem is lack of air condition. Apartment is on the ground floor ( its transformed from some kind of office ) . You can't open any window , its hot & stuffy inside . Temp is set to 25 degrees . Maybe in colder days is ok but I was sweating during the night . Second thing is bed ...it has very soft mattress not for my back. Generally if you like hi temperature , soft bed and greenhouse kind of evironment - go for it . Otherwise add 30eu and find something else.
