: The location was amazing, across the Opera House. The main attractions were in walking distance! It was a cute and spacious apartment with high ceilings. Eventhough, it was cold outside, the inside of the apartment was nice and warm. Also, we didn't need to have a physical key to enter the apartment. We entered with a code.
: Before we arrived to Vienna, a poor communication of the owner! However, after we arrived he replied fast. Horrible beds! If you have sensitive back you will suffer! Beds are super soft and shaky. Its like you are floating on the boat, and I was scared I will fall from the bed!Not enough garbage cans and bags in the apartment! Kitchen pans were damaged! They need to be replaced!

: Very clean and spacious apartment right across the street from the opera and multiple public transit nodes. Great spot for families or groups traveling and looking to see the sights and museums downtown.Full kitchen and dining table. Beds were very comfortable! An elevator is available.No parking is provided - but there is a nice garage at the Staatsoper across the street.The famous Caf Sacher is a five minute walk away (recommend making reservations).
: Shower in the main bedroom was a ran either very hot or very cold. It took a little bit to find the right balance.The apartment is spacious and has trouble keeping warm. We had the radiators and wall mounted heaters running and it didn't get above 20C. Not a huge problem, but a minor discomfort.

: Location
: The window blinds didnt close, so there was too much light from early morning and in the evening when kids were sleeping.Landlord did not show a timely and effective response to our request to mend the blind.The toilet sink was blocked and landlord didnt respond to that again.There wasnt sufficient bin liner (only 1).There wasnt sufficient clean toilet paper. The spare ones were so old and dirty that their colour had turned to yellow. The landlord didnt respond to that neither.
